The story of the Kitson family of Siddal, Yorkshire is told briefly in the  family tree by generation. Begining with Joseph in 1805 it traces his family  line of decendants through to the last born and last died in 2005.

The family were born in and around Halifax in West Yorkshire and were farmers  in the main with many of the girls of the families working in the wool and  cotton mills for which Halifax was noted.

Only a certain amount of information can be put on the Web site and those  still living have their confidentiality maintained.
